ABS works closely with our customers, offering detailed support and feedback throughout the project. Our main strength is our ability to offer a complete turnkey solution to the customer’s application and custom machine design needs. We have worked with many customers in the Midwest including multiple projects with Tier 1 and 2 automotive manufacturers. Our project sizes typically range from $5,000 up to $500,000. We have experience in tool making dating back to 1974 and machine design since the 1980’s. ABS started in 2009 to fill a need in the Midwest for machine design and solutions for local manufacturers.

A typical project will start with outlining project requirements, followed by design concepts and testing of concept/s. The process will then move to the design phase, with design reviews coordinated with customer to make sure the design meets all requirements. Manufacture, fabrication, and build of machines then follows. All processes are done in house to ensure the best end product. Testing of machine is done after full assembly to confirm functionality and check all requirements are met before being shipped. ABS also offers installation services, support and training as required.
