Custom machine design
The core of our business is centered around designing production machines and systems to suit customers specific needs. Machines are always designed with reliability and long service life in mind. All design is done in house and machines are provided with detailed manuals as needed, outlining specifications, maintenance procedures and spare parts lists.
Machine Build and integration
Along with design, we build and test all machines on site. We have a full line of machining and fabrication equipment to build the complete machine. Design reviews can be coordinated with customer throughout design and build process. Install and integration services also available.
Parts Machining
We machine all parts with our own Haas and Hurco CNC machining equipment to ensure consistent quality. We also provide machining services based on customer drawings when requested.
